Join Kelsey Wells and GenerationAll for a transformative weekend in Montana’s stunning Sapphire Mountains — on a private 34,540-acre ranch where scenes from Yellowstone were filmed.
From September 25–28, you’ll experience mindful movement, meditation, empowering workshops, fireside chats, and outdoor adventure — all rooted in Kelsey’s Redefine Fitness philosophy and designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your strength, and your joy.
Come solo or with friends and be welcomed into a warm, supportive community — the perfect space to recharge, reflect, and build meaningful connections.
Even more meaningful: the majority of proceeds support GenerationAll, a nonprofit breaking the cycle of generational trauma caused by sexual violence.
Your Redefine Fitness Retreat experience includes everything you need to relax, reconnect, and feel truly taken care of:
To help you plan ahead, here’s what’s not included in your retreat package:
Set in Montana’s Sapphire Mountains near the rugged Bitterroots, Shining Mountain Ranch is one of the top working ranches in the U.S., spanning 34,540 acres of wild beauty and historic charm — and it’s not open to the public.
While most of Yellowstone was filmed nearby, scenes from seasons four and five were shot right here at the ranch — including the main lodge and surrounding locations.
The property features a collection of restored cabins, some dating back to the late 1800s, and is anchored by the Shining Mountain Lodge: an 11,000-square-foot architectural masterpiece that evokes the great lodges of the West.
This isn’t just a location — it’s part of the experience. A place to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and return home transformed.
This retreat is about more than movement — it’s about meaning. The majority of proceeds from the Redefine Fitness Retreat will be donated to GenerationAll, a nonprofit born from one family’s courageous fight to heal after generations of trauma caused by sexual violence.
Founded in honor of Valarie Clark Miller, whose story of abuse and systemic failure sparked a movement, GenerationAll is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational trauma and supporting women and families impacted by sexual violence.
By joining us, you’re not only investing in yourself — you’re helping create lasting change for others.
Kelsey has secured exclusive access to Shining Mountain Ranch, creating a private, boutique retreat experience for all guests.
Nestled throughout the woods and just a short walk or drive from the main Lodge, the ranch’s cabins are full of history and character. Each cabin and room is unique, with options ranging from dorm-style setups to private suites.
All guest rooms include:
Whether you prefer rustic charm or refined comfort, every detail is designed to help you feel right at home in the mountains.
Cameron House, Schoolmarm Cabin, Honeymoon Cabin & Sapphire Cabin
Steps from the main Lodge — perfect for guests who want to stay close to the action, meals, and group gatherings.
Lakehouse Cabin, Moonlight Cabin, Bitterroot Cabin & Red Door Barn
Next to the gym, horses, bikes, golf simulator, and FJs — ideal for guests who want to make the most of all the ranch has to offer.

Yes! Many of our retreat guests attend solo. This retreat is designed to foster connection and community — you won’t feel alone from the moment you arrive.
Of course! If you’d like to share a room, look for "Shared" room options when booking. You and your friend can select the same room type, and you'll be prompted to provide each other's names during checkout.
Shared room options are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We'll do our best to honor all roommate requests.
We recommend packing light layers you can add or remove throughout the day — think breathable activewear, cozy knits, and a warm jacket for mornings and evenings. Don’t forget:
In late September, temperatures in the Bitterroot Mountains of Western Montana typically range from 50°F to 85°F. Fall in this region is generally mild and pleasant, with warm, dry days and cooler evenings. While September usually brings beautiful weather, it also marks the beginning of seasonal shifts — so layering is key as early hints of winter can sometimes arrive by late fall.
Yes, workout mats will be provided for all retreat guests.
